Why this exists

I get a lot done across a lot of repos, and I lose track of it. This site is the running record: every project, what state it’s in, what’s next, and a dated log of what actually happened.

It’s plain markdown in git. Claude Code sessions append to it with /log-update, and I add notes from the board.
